Residential Remodel

Remodeling a basement bedroom to remove wood paneling and frame out to install new sheetrock on walls only. One wall will be an exterior wall which will be an energy wall. New walls, flooring, base trim, and painting in the bedroom. Bathroom remodel in the basement includes demoing wood paneling, reframing a bump out (1' to allow a little more space at the sink) Sheetrock, flooring, new sink fixtures. Everything is staying in the same spot plumbing wise.
