Residential Egress Window Installation

Tuma Construction will frame in opening with 2x8 header and install lindsay climatesmart double slide window, window shall be white interior and white exterior, trim exterior with wood and cover with aluminum cladding and frame interior energy wall to match new window opening. Interior finish trim to be completed by homeowner. Excavation and window well will be done by Ward Bros. Construction. Window well will be 36" deep and 72" wide , to accommodate window size.
