1. Missing a continuous grippable handrail. Handrail must meet code R311.7.8 2. Triangular opening on sides of stair case can be no larger then a 5 7/8" sphere. 3. Guard rail on left side of stair is loose and missing screws. 4. Several deck boards were not fastened to deck joists in spots.
