Patch hole in walls 220, 205,209,211,213,221,101,102,103,107,110, 106 12. Adjust Door closer hinges in 212 for adjoining room door 13. Install Ptac covers in 223 14. Adjust doors for 218, 229 and 231 15. Seal bathroom tile in unit 101 16. Fix Broken Tiles in 110 17. Missing Faucet in 110 18. Missing Trap Warp in breakroom sink 19. Guest Laundry is missing door/glass in doors and handles. This area not to be used. 20. Adjust Closers for Sprinkler room 21. Adjust closers in Electrical Room 22. Fire tape above door in Electrical room 23. Fire tape above Mini split in Sprinkler room 24. Manometer test required for exterior gas lines for grills and fire pit 25. Test Emergency shutoff for Gas for grills and Fire pit 26. Seal all exterior penetrations and areas where exterior finish changes materials 27. All Automatic doors must be operable 28. Sanitize Eye wash stations 29. Laundry Chute must have self closing door 30. Laundry chute room smoke detector at wrong height 31. HVAC Must pass/submit Balance report 32. Pool area and Laundry Facilities must be locked and are not to be used***** ****24 hour Fire Watch required for all floors during occupancy until approved by city******* Provide Acceptable Fire Engineer report for Horizontal Fire Assemblies Provide Proof of passing Elevator inspection from the state of MN Submit Balance report Final HVAC Inspection Verify Heat and AC in all guest rooms and Occupancy sensors Verify all exhaust fans are operating Verify Heat and AC are working in common areas and back of house rooms Move Smoke detectors to approved locations and Patch any holes in the walls Tempered Glazing in all safety locations Proper fire doors installed in all locations Verify Emergency lighting and exit lights Strobes installed and operational in all hearing impaired rooms All Penetrations sealed on exterior Ensure all covers or trap wraps are installed for drains All handicap signage installed to code All toilets sealed at floor Ensure all door closers are operating and doors latching All Pool areas and bathrooms must be completed.

Looked at Fire penetrations on all floors. All floors had corrections. Special inspector to verify corrections and notify building department when ceiling tiles can be installed.

Inspection for emergency lighting and exit lighting only. Exterior emergency lights not working over exterior doors. Multiple missing or not working exit lights. Multiple emergency lights were not operational. Missing emergency exit light next to kitchen in hallway. Generator was operational at time of inspection.

Seal all exterior penetrations seal where stone meets other finishes. Correct all issues with Handicap accessibility complete all plumbing work and inspections complete all emergency exit lighting and signage Roof drains cannot drain onto sidewalk Electrical must be completed and all inspection complete Mechanical must be complete,operational, and all inspections complete Missing trim around outside of Ptac units Missing door thresholds Missing door hardware Missing fire extinguishers Safety Glazing required on hallway windows on west side This is not a complete list since so many items remain outstanding. Full Final inspections will still be needed upon substantial completion of the building
