    1. Galvanized Staples were used in treated plate, Staples required to be of stainless steel or Galvanized nails per R317.3.1. 2. Bracing in floor trusses were cut out by heating contractor and need to be replaced 3. Header in bedroom #2 required to be a 2ply 9.5 LVL per plan S2 4. Basement patio door not secured at top and missing flashing tape. 5. all seames in WRB to be sealed with approved Tape including vertical seams. 6. STHD 14 straps are not approved for uplift into the concrete garage floor. 1/2" anchor bolts were installed in place of the approved 5/8"bolts in the garage portal wall per page S5 detail D8. Engineered repair required. 7. Plumbing underground and Floor poly must pass. *OK to insulate as long as all repairs are visible*
