I let the home owner know that they need to get an erosion blanket down so that during rains, there is not a bunch of soil spilling out onto the public road. She was going to let me know when this was completed.

    Observed breaks in insulation and vapor barrier on ducting doing through 2x4 wall coming from unconditioned space. Spoke with contractor to ensure the opening in the top plates is completely sealed with spray foam in an effort to keep continuity for the vapor barrier/insulation requirements. The basement also needed the ducting joints sealed, remaining house appeared OK. Check for duct sealing and top plates in upper level at framing for compliance.
