    All framing for house repairs are complete. Corrections for the deck framing: (1) Outside double rim joist, Both plies shall bear completely. (2) All beams (3 required) call for a (2)2x10 and shall bear completely on posts, Corrections can be verified at the final inspection.

    Observed new joist, ledger, rim throughout. Needs to install correct hanger on left side of deck ledger. Need to block or alternative method over beam for cantilevers. Stairs not completed. OK to finish framing inspection at deck final. DO NOT FINAL until water damaged wall sections below rim are permitted and finaled. Contractor provided pictures of rim as intact. Contractor to apply for building permit for water damage.
