Corrections: (1) The egress window well exceeds the maximum 44" max height - the ladder must extend the full height of the well - R310.3.2.1. (2) Fireblocking is required in the mechanical room per R302.11 (ceiling & floor system). (3) Upper front entry posts must be protected from the elements. (4) Entry stoop either requires a guard or shall be a maximum of 30" to the ground - R312 & R312.1.1. The driveway and landscaping were NOT complete at the time of inspection. An escrow will be required.
