Contractor responsible to ensure all door and window foam insulation is adequate. Table R402.4.1.1 Bath exhaust fan to be sealed air tight as it is an attic bypass by code definition.

(4) R317.1 & 3 - Fasteners into treated lumber at treated base plate. (5) Floor truss unbalanced blocking is required on the wall next to the work shop per R404.1(4) and spaced per Table R404.1(1).
