Installation of open cell spray foam. Contractor will be using a Class 3 vapor retardant primer on drywall in compliance with Section R702.7.1 and Table R702.7.1. Contractor installed Icynene Xpress 55 open cell foam insulation. ESR report #5432 section 4.4.2 shows this product may be installed in an attic or crawl space without ignition barrier when the space is only utilized as a service space AND there are no interconnected attic or crawl spaces. ESR -5432 uploaded in the document file in PIMS for this project.
