All insulation looked great: FG batt w. vapor barrier ML. in LL back wall @ walkout needs VB. although located in basement, back wall grade is at base of wall. per MN energy code (def. of basement wall) ex. to insulation for home built prior to June 1st 2009 does not apply) To approve insulation have contractor provide pictures of VB on back walkout wall. then approve
