    The 2 windows on either side of the porch door and the window at the landing on the staircase leading upstairs are not tempered. Contractor is allowed to install a protective film on these three windows. No other corrections found.

    1. Sqash blocking required below J/K studs supporting header on ML adjacent to the staircase to carry load path to the foundation. 2. The holes bored in 2x6 floor joist for plumbing fail to meet the boring allowances of Section R502.8 3. A metal tie, compliant with Section R602.6.1, must be installed on the top plate where it is notched for the 3" plumbing stack installed adjacent to the stairs. Tie must be a minimum 1-1/2" wide and extend no less that 6" on either side of the opening. Correction letter emailed to permit holder
