1. Missing anchor bolts on bottom plate at 5 locations around perimeter. 2. Portal framing required on front elevation at overhead doors. Required per Section R602 IRC. Contractor to reframe wall at overhead doors to be compliant or have an engineer provide a method to make the existing framing compliant. Including hold-downs 3. Contractor to install hold-down devices on the trusses as designed by the truss manufacturer. Truss documents to be on site at next inspection to verify installation compliance. 4.
