occupancy change from S1/S2 to B (new milti use Room 101, storage room 100, and offices 102, 103) require 1 hour separation [ table 508.4 MSBC]. Fire doors between S occ. and B occ need to be installed or restored, did not see required label, so verify rating per Table 716.1(2) which is 45 min -remove hold open devices attached to fire doors and verify doors self close and latch as required. Separation also required between E occ (corridor) and new office/ multi use. rated doors are installed but did not operate properly. coordinator was not working. verify doors self close and latch and coordinators hold active panel open until side panel closes (verify positive latching and listed fire exit hdwr installed.)
