HO is responsible to install protection around the window at deck height. Not part of this permit. This is the 2nd contractor on this deck. The first one was fired by the HO for several issues including not getting a permit for the deck.

Current Contractor has taken over for a previous unlicensed individual who started work without permits and was fired/walked from project. Sounds like State has been informed by HO. Pier footings, slab and some block work under deck were done under previous unlicensed contractor. HO had pictures and they appear to be okay.
