    1. Urinal is not compliant. MPC 402.5: No urinal shall be set closer than 12 inches from it's center to a side wall or partition. 2. MPC 801.3.3: The indirect waste lines from the ice bins must be connected to the drainage system by means of an air gap and shall be separately trapped (bug trap). This applies to all ice and food bins on project. 3. The installation of a pressure bleeding device is required where the chemical dispenser connects to the mop sink faucet. 4. Install an indirect waste funnel on the FD serving the ice maker machine.

    UG waste piping for 4 sinks and floor drains at the front bar area. Pvc piping holding 5# test for duration of inspection. Contractor completed additional piping for a rear bar and new UG piping for the womens restroom that was not shown on submitted documents. Informed Ike he will need to provide plans for the additional work performed.
