Block above wall in mechanical room joist area. 6. Vapor barrier at shower wall. 7. Draftstop areas at wall to floor joist areas at basement bathroom chases. 8. Install bathroom fan. 9. Close off return duct at mechanical room wall. 10. Draftstop basement bedroom soffit 10 feet or less. 11. Re-check GLAT- pressure wrote on wall stud.
