Engineered plans not followed. Engineer no longer works for company. Wenzel engineering INC is in process of closing company and will not respond to phone calls or email. Spoke to city of savage engineering staff- there's 6 inches of concrete on 6 inches of class 5 for base and should be more than equivalent to Wenzel plans.
