Erosion Control

On site Sunday August 17th and found that the erosion control largely held however there is some slit on the sidewalk and around the storm drain at the northwest corner of the site. I photographed the condition and forwarded to the developer and asked that he investigate the breach and make adjustments as needed to prevent further erosion. Ben

Erosion Control

Erosion control was recently re-installed. Overall the installation is well done. There are some areas that need ground cover, some silt fence that has been knocked down and not all of the rain gutters have been piped to the drainage basin. I called Ryan, sent pictures of what needs work and told him to shore up the site because we are expecting multiple days of rain. Ben
