    Need electrical final. Need sprinkler final. No mechanical permit pulled for misc. duct work revision. Egress door hardware required on 2 doors. Tempered glass missing on entry door. Finish kitchenette per plan. Remove ceiling wires in studio. GOAT contractor is having conflicts with customer/tenant and is not returning. No one else can call for inspections on this permit.

    Met on site with building manager, tenant, and contractor to discuss egress plan for 4th floor. Awaiting revised plans.

    Framing OK. Change door swing on second door out of tenant space to swing into the space. Need HVAC and Fire permits. There is not a 2nd exit off 4th floor. Landlord must create new hallway to another stairwell egress.
