Added roof truss, Has engineering letter for new wall under garage roof trusses OK, Added hold down hangers. Added anchor bolt next to where door was cut into SIP 1. Need to bolt down 3 mechanical fasteners, OK to rock but leaving it visible for all mechanical & the 3 hold down brackets 2. Missing girder truss in garage, talked to contractor on phone

Corrections: Provide engineering for garage bearing wall @south end of trusses; add truss per plan @ garage; finish truss blocking per plan; provide fix or engineering at door wall in SIP panel bottom plate; finish nailing hangers to OH door header; add hangers @ girder truss. House wrap OK.

No plans or Inspection card on site. Mini split unit was installed without permit. No house wrap inspection was ever schedule so siding will have to be removed to show house wrap details and window flashings. Jeremy not on site. Sergio was on site but was little help.

Using R form, Will be emailing new plan & form information to City, Will only be pouring footing & curb at this time. Rebar for footing & curb per plan, WILL NEED TO CALL IN FOR INSULATION UNDER SLAB BEFORE POURING SLAB, TALKED TO JEREMY, CONTRACTOR, ON SITE

Need new plans for "R" form shallow footing type of form that is not on plan. Call to reschedule once we have new plans for work. Work was not ready at the time of scheduled inspection.
