Finish demo- can and wires in ceiling must be removed if not being used. 2 ceiling joists have plumbing holes drilled through them too low and need to be replaced or an engineered fix must happen. Return air cavity has plumbing and electrical running through it and had insulation blocking it. This must be fixed and a mech permit must be taken. Insulate rims that need it. Call for reinspection.
