Permit has finally been paid for. Walk through with Brian Wimmer from Moonstone. Now that I’ve watched the Insulation video I would like another inspection scheduled so I can watch the video as I follow along in person. I notice all of the windows have been replaced so we will need a window permit and inspection for those. Corrections from our walk-through today: Front windows and one bathroom window need to be tempered safety glass per code; missing one back door light; re-inspection on insulation with video in hand. Since there were no plans on site I opened up the approved plans in Project Dox. It looks like some of the plans are inaccurate. We are requiring revised plans showing all walls, dimensions, windows, doors, etc. so we can put those in the file as the new plans. We cannot close out the building permit until all corrections, plans, and window permit are satisfied. No one shall occupy this building until the building permit is finaled.
