Upper level framing OK to insulate UNDER NEED TO MOVE POST SO LVL'S HAVE BEARING, ADDING ANOTHER LVL NEXT TO NEW LVL'L AND BOLTING TOGETHER AND CUTTING EXISTING FLOOR, GAVE PERMISSION TO CUT ONE EXISTING FLOOR JOIST ON THE WEST SIDE OF EXISTING DECK TO GET ENOUGH SUPPORT.

No one on site. 3 pier footings dug but didn't meet criteria of approved plans. Plan shows 4. Also 24" bell was not achieved. Called Joey and told him someone needs to be on site for next inspection.
