    looked at Poly and tape in the center/ common area lid. also shear walls in south wing, screw pattern adequate. At smoke barrier (smoke compartment separation) the Gyp was not extending behind the frame, per NFPA 80, it must extend behind the frame 1/2" around the perimeter. also talked to sean about wrapping the framing, but after checking this is not required (i called to let him know)

    SE Wing: SPF @ exterior walls, plan called for 3.5 ", installed was that at a min. and in most cases exceeded 3.5. Unit dimising wall sound insulation (FG batt, also serves as draftstopping for 10' hor. requirement). Also looked at sound channel installation of corridor lid and corridor/ unit walls per plans. contractor were nor installing SC at 12" O.C. eliminating previous concerns where SC exceeded 12" O.C.

    North wing shear walls Nut not seated @ hold down unit 112, verify at next inspection. all other shear walls looked good, need detail per C.W. notes on 2/23 South wing ceiling sound channel, detail shows S.C.@ 12" O.C., some areas were about 16" O.C. (per Sean this was approved by designer), provide documentation this is acceptable.
