    looked at (1) pier footing per plans 48" deep with a 24" bell to support 5' x 5' 'deck' plans (Garage landing- stairs footings) also show another pier footing at base of stair, plans not sealed by engineer and no footing required at stair base if supported on garage slab, none the less, that footing was not dug or inspected

    1. need to add fasteners (for uplift) at fron roof trusses over front window. 2. Missing (1) anchor bolt in garage w/ in 12" of splice. 3. SPF and Rigid foam installed in crawlspace needs to be protected per R316 -or- provide ES ER report demonstrating compliance w/ out prescriptive thermal/ ignition barrier. verify installation per evaluation report. ***Will take pictures of fasteners at front trusses (low side only) and anchor bolt in garage

    Rigid foam covering ground in crawlspace and SPF exposed on wall needs to be protected [R316.5.4 MRC]. Additionally, at the mechanical RI it was noted that the crawlspace did not have a supply. Crawlspaces need to be ventilated by one of the methods outlined in Section 408 MN Res. Code (usually a supply and passive return)
