store wanted partial occupancy of area(s) outside of construction barriers. told contractor that exits would require signage (missing exit signs for rear exit) signs need to direct people from occupied area(s) to exits. so (3) needed for back exit and (1) for front at this point. will re assess at final but after speaking to Dale, with the plans showing 11 exits, some in center of store can be eliminated. also noted single wall vent connector for WH had a back pitch and was not supported (at all). verify vent supported and has proper pitch

they were looking to occupy partial area of sales floor. M occupancy with >50 occupants (Over 5800 sq. ft. ) needs 2nd exit. cannot exit through storage room/ construction area. do not have compliant egress
