Met with contractor, He did not have a house wrap inspection and pictures he provided do not meet the manufactures installation requirements. He stated the siding is sealed and it should not need to seal the house wrap. I explained I will not argue and that he needs to remove the siding and have a house wrap inspection.

Contractor not on site, no VB in place. did verify crushed rock placed as required for radon (vapor permeable layer) called contractor and due to simple layout told him (Clark- 763-333-8642) that i would be willing to accept pictures/ video of vapor barrier in place and sealed prior to placing concrete. called again and he said his workers took video and pictures and were going to send it to me for review. I did NOT receive pictures or video. *** Review photos if provided, if not, do not approve radon/ vb
