Check separation distance between 917 and 921 and make sure it is a min (or exactly 10' apart) if exterior walls are closer than 10', then per Table 602 MSBC 1 hour fire resistance rating is required from both sides [705.5 MSBC] distance is measured to lot line between buildings. if less than 5' from property line, then openings are also limited to 15% of exterior wall area

looking at firestop system, noted 3" pvc installed w/out fire collars. Verify via approved firestop details this is acceptable. Additionally, at 3" pvc, annular space was not symmetrical, if elimination of Fire collar is acceptable verify annular space requirements are in compliance
