Remaining framing over front stoop. rafter ends carried by (3) ply 2x8. contractor asked to eliminate joist hangers on ceiling over stoop to facilitate application of tongue and groove. told him to add framing angles to one side of each ceiling joist and take pictures. (minor load of tongue and groove ceiling only)

Verified CMU footing (existing) for original stoop was supported on frost footings. allowed him to not place th (3) pier footings adjacent that strip footing. he also stated he would place #4's on a 12" O.C. grid, tied to verts j hooked into bottom of remaining (3) pier footings (with a 20+" bell)

Closed cell SPF in in fill @ exterior wall (stairs) Also basement exterior walls Draftstopping required at wall/ soffit in basement. Told contractor would accept pictures of draftstops
