Approved pending site specific Engineering. the foundation/ poured wall specifications/ plans were signed and sealed by and Engineer, these were 'general' engineering details, however, engineered plans need to indicate a location (address) ... the plans on site were for another address. noted 36" vertical dowels from footing spaced 72" O.C. there was not any vertical reinforcement in wall other than the dowels in the bottom portion. horizontal #4's 24" O.C. contractor stated that they would get site specific Eng. documents and email them to me, and have packet on site for next inspection otherwise- 8", 10" and center 16" fnd wall per plans. 4000 PSI concrete mix
