Concrete was wrong PSI, 4000 PSI is required per engineering, 3000 PSI was delivered. Engineer to sign off on the mix used and for using epoxy for pier dowels instead of hook dowels. UPDATE - ENGINEER OKAYED THE 3000PSI, DID NOT APPROVE EPOXY FOR PIER DOWELS. MUST OPEN PADS TO INSTALL HOOK DOWELS PER ENGINEERS DETAIL DATED 10/16/25.
