Remodel/Alteration (No Change of Occupancy Classification) - Commercial & 3+ Multi-Family

PHASE 2 - MAKE NEW GARRICK BUILDING WEATHER TIGHT This project consists of enclosing the building making it weather tight and keeping out people and animals. A new masonry wall will be constructed on the south side, patching the existing floors at the new south wall, patching the roof at the new south wall and installing a roof access hatch with a alternating tread stair for future roof access. This building will not be occupied during or after construction. In the future, the building will need to have additional upgrades done to be occupiable.
