Remodel/Alteration (No Change of Occupancy Classification) - Commercial & 3+ Multi-Family

• All Existing Air Handling Unit’s to be demolished • New Mechanical Equipment-revise the total quantity and overall efficiency of existing air handling equipment. (2) new indoor AHUs, (1) roof top AHU, new boiler plant and fluid cooler • Removal and addition of duct work for re-zoning areas as needed • Plumbing modified as required to support new mechanical system and associated equipment • There will be NO modification to existing rooms except for Art Gallery 412 (removal or adding walls to create new rooms), no change of use or occupancy • Add sprinkler system to the Original Depot Building - the (3) floors above grade and attic space (only areas that are not currently sprinkled). • Extend Performing Arts Center sprinkler system to the Theater • Add sprinkler system to (2) floors above grade on Performing Arts side (only areas that are not currntly sprinkled). This will now make both buildings fully sprinkled (Duluth Depot and Performing Arts side)
