REPLACE FOUNDATION PER ENG DRAWINGS Excavate around the entire foundation to footing elevation, including removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalks, landscaping, and foundation walls. Install perimeter drain tile with washed rock and geotextile fabric, connecting to daylight where feasible, or install a sump pump if required. Apply waterproofing membrane to foundation walls. Install perimeter insulation (Styrofoam) and backfill with granular sand and clay to shed water away from the structure. Rough grade all disturbed areas. Silt fence to be installed where necessary.
