Sitework & Foundation - Commercial & 3+ Multi-Family

Northland Constructors is updating its bituminous asphalt production plant at 502 Helberg Drive. We are building a 54' X 60' secondary containment slab and foundation that will support up to four 32,000-gallon liquid vertical tanks. In addition to the four vertical tanks, the containment slab will be built to accommodate a hot oil boiler and a rack to store/pump Evotherm (an additive for liquid asphalt). Braun was contracted to perform the geotechnical report and Krech Ojard is designing and engineering the containment slab/foundation. All construction will be self-performed by Northland Constructors.
