Partial RI of underground and upper. 1 bath up with new stack in basement. Cont will call when rest of RI is complete. 5 psi. good Oked lower bath vent to existing 1 1/2" vent when complete. Also oked jump up of horizontal wet vent of upper bath with ducts in way.
