Interior of house is gutted, trusses have been altered with webs replaced, sub floor partially replaced, upper level beams installed, some roof deck ing replaced, ledger boards removed, common wall is CMU. Engineering required for altered trusses, LVL beam, and existing steel beams in basement that are warped.
