    - All sand and dirt needs to be removed from the sidewalk for a clear pedestrian path of travel. - Sidewalk panel that was removed needs to be repaired with either temporary asphalt or a permanent concrete. This cannot remain as sand. - Wrap permitter control bio logs around boulevard in areas that have been disturbed or driven on. Sediment appears to be making its way to the neighbor’s property and street. - Clean up all garbage and debris along the outside. - These items need to be addressed by noon on Friday, February 28th. I will conduct a follow up inspection Friday afternoon.
