• Silt fence on south side is still not installed properly and is causing an increase in drainage to the neighbors to the south. • There are gaps in perimeter control along the street and sediment is overflowing into the curb line. • Sediment has been tracked out into the road going south. Please clean the street of any sediment and debris in the street caused by construction at the end of each working day. • The site has a fair amount of trash that should be cleaned up to prevent wind from blowing it into private property or the street. • The sump discharge in the rear yard is connected to a pipe and outletting to the neighbors to the south. Sump discharges are not allowed to drain to private property and needs to be directed towards the street as intended in the final plan. *Inspected by Andy

• There is no perimeter control along the southeast corner of the site near the stockpile. Your erosion control plan indicates perimeter control along the property line and additional double row of bio logs around the stockpile. • The curb lines need to have perimeter control re-established. There are several gaps and sediment is getting into the curb line. • Several spots along the existing bio logs and silt fence are failing and need to be reinstalled. (multiple bio logs ripped open, silt fence has been torn down). • The curb line needs to be cleaned of sediment all the way to the catch basin at the intersection of St. Johns Ave and 58th st. • The storm sewer inlet at St. Johns Ave and 58th street needs inlet protection. • The silt fence along the rear property line has failed and needs to be reinstalled to prevent sediment from draining onto private property. • Need to install/replenish rock entrance. Refer to your Erosion and Sediment control plan for specifications. • Need to reinstall all tree fencing around protected trees.

Most of the tree protection appeared to be installed. There was a section where silt fence hadn't been installed yet to serve as the tree protection because of some smaller shrubs/trees that needed to be removed in close proximity.
