OK to issue escrow refund. Per Water Resources: Original watermain was installed in 1960 and the house was built in 1965. Thus, it is unlikely a well is on the lot. If a well is found during the demolition it will need to be sealed an a record provided to the city.

House has already been removed from the existing foundation and prepped for transfer/moving to another location. EC installed (bio logs), no IP required (weather), gas and electric disconnected, safety fence installed in some areas. Site sign has been installed but it needs to be raised to the proper height of 48in min from ground. Pre demo photos taken and uploaded into PDox. Per Water Resources: Original watermain was installed in 1960 and the house was built in 1965. Thus, it is unlikely a well is on the lot. If a well is found during the demolition it will need to be sealed an a record provided to the city.

There was some tree protection installed at the time I conducted the pre-demo inspection. Not sure what the tree plan indicates so just recording my partial observation.
