no 2 psi labeling no fire caulk on pipe through wall valves installed are appliance valves on gas line dirt leg tee installed is incorrect see gas piping picture in MMC 2020 no electric permit pulled wiring incorrect gave contractor a call left message to fix problems by friday the 24 of jan also told homeowner about all problems and what i was goint to have them do and by when

items to be fixed -incorrect dirt leg tee installed at unit see MMC 2020 gas piping -incorrect install of the csst piping black shielding needs to be done to specs for product sleeve needs to be in fitting -need to remove and install a full port valve on the gas line not a appliance shut off in side and at unit -also label gas line per code 2 psi -fire caulk opening where pipe goes through -need a permit for electrical wiring per city
