Spring 2025 Seasonal •The site sign is no longer up and needs to be reinstalled. •The dumpster is full and needs to be emptied. •The trash around the lot needs to be cleaned up as it is getting blown into the neighboring properties and street. •There are 2 catch basins along the north curb line that need inlet protection installed. •The north side perimeter control needs to be reinstalled as it is failing in several spots. •Sediment and debris needs to be cleaned from the street and gutter line.

*Electric has not been disconnected yet. Overall, site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up, will need to be moved closer to the street when demo starts. Using existing driveway until demo is complete. No IP required at this time (weather). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.
