Spring 2025 Seasonal • The site sign is no longer up and needs to be reinstalled. • The dumpster is full and needs to be emptied. • The trash around the lot needs to be cleaned up as it is getting blown into the neighboring properties and street. • There are 2 catch basins along the north curb line that need inlet protection installed. • The north side perimeter control needs to be reinstalled as it is failing in several spots. • Sediment and debris needs to be cleaned from the street and gutter line.
