Received pic from contractor showing that the gas has been disconnected and meter removed.

*GAS service has NOT been disconnected. Electric ok/removed. Overall site looked good. EC in place (bio logs, extended around entire perimeter of both lots). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until no longer sufficient as construction entrance/exit. No IP (weather). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Site Restoration plan submitted during permit review since there isn't a New Home application in place. Therefore, you are required to stabilize the site immediately following the demo and required to have the following inspections upon completion (prior to receiving the escrow refund): - Inspection of hole after removal of all debris PRIOR TO FILLING (Building Inspections, 952-826-0372) - Demo Final after leveling soils w/NO steep slopes (Building Inspections, 952-826-0372) - Engineering Final after Site Stabilization on all disturbed soils (Engineering Dept. 952-903-5728) - Tree Final (Forestry Dept. 952-826-0308)
