    *GAS service has NOT been disconnected. Electric ok/removed. Overall site looked good. EC in place (bio logs, extended around entire perimeter of both lots). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until no longer sufficient as construction entrance/exit. No IP (weather). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: If not in use, the existing well will need to be located, sealed, and documented with the city prior to new home permit approval.
