Fire places have issues see comment below need to be corrected BEFORE framing inspection check then: main level approved basement not approved. vent goes though floor system and is pitched down for about 6' and mech flex ducts are in contact with pipe. Min 3'' On top and 1'' on sides and bottom to combustible required.
