    Site looked good. EC in place (silt fence). Site sign up. Using existing driveway as long as possible. Pre construction photos uploaded in PDox. *IP installed in catch basin ID's 5919 & 5918 (however, not approved method and need to install drop-in device). Contractor will send pic or notify me when new ones installed. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.

    Tree fencing installed for canopy area of 2 neighboring trees. Nothing installed around the 2 trees that are to be protected on this lot. Met contractor on-site for pre-construction inspection and discussed. Tree fencing will get put up around these 2 trees in the next day or two once they have removed some of the larger tree debris from the ones they removed. Will send pic or notify when completed.
