    *Electric is not disconnected* EC in place, section of silt fence that needs to be trenched still. Site sign is there but laying on ground - needs to get reinstalled. Using existing driveway until demo is complete or no longer sufficient. IP installed in catch basin at corner of 58th St. Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Original watermain installed in 1950. Original house built in 1951. Likely no well on-site.

    Tree protection is installed around 1 tree in front and 2 trees in back. No finalized or approved tree plan yet at this time, so unable to confirm if the tree fencing installed is in fact approved. Just making note of what I observed day of pre demo inspection.
