Deck is currently being framed and needs permit to continue work -Need electrical rough-in inspection -Missing squash blocks along back wall. -Need full bearing on metal or wood for stair stringer header/floor beam at this location -Missing multi-ply nailing pattern for beam at stair well -Need to verify if the framing for the landing at bottom of stairs is treated lumber. -Add structural strap at top plate splice in front right room. -Fasteners for engineered vaulted ceiling on main level need to be per engineered plan.
