Site looked good. EC in place (combo bio logs and silt fence). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete or no longer sufficient. IP installed in catch basin ID 3285. Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.
